IlyaCBT Schedule helps you request a consultation with Ilya. Updated October 5, 2026.

Information we collect

We collect your name, email address, requested consultation time, and any optional comment you choose to provide. Please avoid including sensitive clinical information in the booking comment. We also store the request status and scheduling correspondence.

How we use information

We use this information to review your request, propose other times, confirm or decline a consultation, and send scheduling emails. Bookings made at least 18 hours ahead are confirmed automatically and reserve the appointment. Requests made with less than 18 hours to go reserve an appointment only after Ilya approves them.

Google Calendar and service providers

Google Calendar access is used to check the host’s availability and create or update approved appointments. We do not request access to guests’ Google accounts. Booking records are stored using Supabase, scheduling emails are sent through Resend, and the website is hosted on Vercel. These providers process information necessary to operate the service. Data may be processed outside your country.

Google user data

Google data is used only to provide scheduling functions. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage, security, and your choices

Access credentials stay on the server. Records are kept as needed for scheduling and applicable recordkeeping requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your booking information by emailing mail@ilyacbt.com. The host may revoke Google access through their Google account settings.
