IlyaCBT Schedule provides a way to request a consultation with Ilya. Updated October 5, 2026.

Requesting a consultation

Bookings made at least 18 hours before the consultation are confirmed automatically. With less than 18 hours to go, submitting the form sends a request that requires Ilya’s approval. Suggested alternative dates are not reserved and may become unavailable before you select one. Dates and times are shown in the timezone stated on the booking page.

Your information

Please provide an accurate name and email address. The optional comment is intended for scheduling context; avoid sharing detailed sensitive information. Do not submit requests on behalf of another person without their permission.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel an approved appointment, reply to your confirmation email or contact mail@ilyacbt.com. Any fees and cancellation arrangements will be agreed separately before the consultation.

Online consultations and emergencies

The consultation format and joining instructions will be communicated by email. This scheduling website does not provide clinical advice or emergency support. If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services.

Availability

The service may occasionally be unavailable or a preferred time may change. If you do not receive an expected email, check your spam folder and contact Ilya.
